Space and Architecture in Focus at Aine Art Museum in 2025

The Upspringing Spirit - Sisulla noustiin, 2015. Tampere Finland

The Aine Art Museum in northern Finland announces an exciting year ahead, putting northern perspectives on space, architecture, and shared environments in the spotlight. The program opens with renowned artist Kaarina Kaikkonen’s spatial textile installations (April 25-August 3), followed by Snowball Effect 5: Northern Gaze. This major exhibition, presented with Kemi Art Museum (August 23-November 16), brings together twenty artists exploring northern spaces and the relationship between humans and nature through textiles, drawings, and installations. Selected from over 260 applicants, these artists offer fresh views on how we experience and shape Arctic and northern environments. Visit aineartmuseum.fi for details.
